Ample on-site parking is available, and the building is fully accessible for individuals with disabilities. Our clinic also has air conditioning to keep you comfortable throughout the year.

Parking, Cycling and Public Transport
There is plenty of free parking available. Parking is accessed via Chequers Lane off Ermine Street North.
There are disabled spaces close to the entrance.
Bicycle storage is available.
The clinic is easily accessible by public transport.
Access
The building has disabled access. There is a lift next to the external stairs, and a wheel-chair accessible gentle slope that can be used to reach the upper level.
Please note: the lift is permanently locked to prevent children playing in it. If you require use of the lift please send a text to 07702 847036 when you arrive and your physiotherapist will unlock it at the time of your appointment. If you arrive early, please wait in your car until your appointment time. For speed of picking up your message, please text instead of leaving a voice message.
There are toilets available when you enter the building (please ask for directions).
Where to go when you arrive
Upper Pendrill Court is accessed via an external staircase (shallow steps) which is visible from the car park. At the top of the stairs is a courtyard, turn left and travel across a walkway bridge towards automatic entrance doors.
Enter the building, you will be in an unmanned reception style area. Go through the door on your far left past the toilets, the clinic is the second door on your left. You will see signs directing you. Please take a seat in the clinic waiting area, your physiotherapist will collect you at your appointment time. There is a camera in the waiting area so your physiotherapist will know when you arrive. Please do not knock on the treatment room doors unless it is an emergency.
