Referrals

You can self-refer for physiotherapy. Referrals from GP's and Consultants are also accepted.
Please note: if you are seeking treatment of someone under the age of 18 years, please book with Himanshu Sood for all ages or Sarah Massey for over 10 year olds and older. Elizabeth Watson-Rose does not offer paediatric appointments.
Home visits are available with Himanshu Sood. Please call or email to enquire, they cannot be booked online.
If you have an insurance policy which covers physiotherapy treatment, please check the following prior to attending your appointment:

That we are covered under your personal insurance plan;

Whether you require a GP referral;

Whether you have a limit to the number of treatment sessions you can attend;

Whether your policy has an excess (this will be paid directly to us).

We are recognised by BUPA, WPA, AVIVA, AXA and The Pain Service insurance companies. We will require your membership number and any authorisation numbers prior to your first appointment.
For all other insurance companies, you will be asked to settle payment at the end of each session, and you will be given a detailed receipt to claim the money back from your insurance company.
If you are attending on a self-paying basis, you will be asked to settle payment at the end of each session.
