Kinesiology tape (K-tape/sports tape) can be a useful addition to physiotherapy and can be used for a wide range of conditions; not just those relating to sports.  K-tape is latex free and can be left in place for several days, therefore prolonging the benefits of physiotherapy treatment.  It is very flexible so it does not restrict your normal movement and stays in place in water – you can shower and even swim with it on.  Many techniques are very simple and quick to use so we can easily teach you how to apply the tape yourself.
